Gemma's Breakfast Green Protein Smoothie

INGREDIENTS

2 scoop Diet whey banana by Phd
1/3cup (117 g) Rolled oats
1 tbsp crunchy peanut butter
1 cup chopped Kale
1 scoop Collagen super powder natural berry infusion flavour by beauty pie
1 tsp Flaxseed Ground
1 tsp Chia seeds
150 ml Milk (semi skimmed)
200 ml Water

Serves 3

METHOD

1. Add the water to a blender first then add all other ingredients
2. Then blitz well for 3-5 minutes
3. Makes approx 3 large glasses (keep for 1 day in the fridge)
