What's is the programme?
Elevate in 8 isn’t a quick fix fitness programme, it’s a journey to self-confidence, guided health education, and genuine support. This 8-week, online wellness journey, is designed, by an experienced personal trainer and women’s wellness coach who understands the challenges of modern women. It combines fitness, nutrition, and productive stress regulating guidance to empower you at every step. The programme is online delivered via my GK Fitness app so fully accessible wherever you are .

1. What does the Elevate in 8 Programme include?
Elevate in 8 is a comprehensive 8-week programme designed to support women in achieving their wellness goals. It includes custom fitness plans, nutrition coaching with meal plans, weekly live breathwork sessions, a supportive community chat group, and direct access to Gemma for guidance and accountability. You’ll also receive regular educational resources on health, nutrition, and fitness.

2. Do I need any prior experience with fitness or breathwork?
Not at all! The programme is suitable for all levels, from beginners to those already on their wellness journey. Workouts are tailored to meet your fitness level, and Gemma will guide you through breathwork sessions each week in the live sessions.

3. How is the programme structured, and what’s expected of me each week?
The programme is full of support and designed to be non-complicated to help you get started, followed by weekly activities including fitness routines, live breathwork, and group calls every two weeks. You’ll have access to Gemma’s app to track progress, access healthy recipes, your personalised meal plan and receive motivational messages in the chat group. Participate as much as you can, and don’t worry if life gets busy—everything is designed to fit around your schedule.

4. What kind of support can I expect throughout the 8 weeks?
You’ll receive dedicated support from Gemma via direct messaging and biweekly group calls, and you will get a 1:1 call with your mentor for specific 1:1 support. The community chat is active daily, providing accountability, encouragement, and the opportunity to connect with other women on similar journeys. Gemma is there every step of the way to answer questions and keep you motivated!

5. How does the nutrition coaching work?
Gemma provides meal plans and nutrition guidance tailored to help you achieve your goals, whether that’s weight loss, balanced eating, or simply feeling better in your body. You’ll receive regular tips on nutrition and health to empower you to make choices that suit your lifestyle.

6. What is the investment, and is there a discount if I sign up early?
The cost of the programme is £300, or if you wish to pay in monthly installments, 2 installements of £155

7. How flexible is the schedule if I have a busy life?
Elevate in 8 programme is designed with flexibility in mind. Workouts and breathwork sessions can be done at your own pace, and recordings of the live breathwork sessions are available for you to watch later if you can’t join live. You can engage with the community chat and group calls as much as your schedule allows.

8. What kind of results can I expect?
Results will vary based on your goals, but many clients experience improvements in strength, confidence, weight loss, and a deeper understanding of nutrition and wellness. The programme is designed to give you lasting habits for a healthier, happier lifestyle, not just short-term results.

9. Do you offer a payment plan?
Yes, you have the option of paying in two monthly installments of £155 if you prefer not to pay the full amount upfront. Payments start 28th April.
