Blueberry and Cherry Crumble
Protein Peanut Butter Cups
INGREDIENTS
80g Peanut butter (smooth or crunchy)
20g vanilla protein powder
40g Dark chocolate
10g coconut oil
Seasalt
METHOD
Warm the peanut butter in the microwave for 20-30 seconds (if it goes try add milk). When runny stir in the protein powder until thick and creamy
Melt the chocolate and coconut oil in the microwave until glossy.
Grease a muffin tin or use cupcake cases, add a teaspoon of the melted chocolate, then 1-2 tablespoons of the peanut butter filling, top with more chocolate. Top with a little sea salt. Freeze for 30 mins or fridge for 1 hour, store in the fridge. Enjoy.
