Here, we’re going to talk about training and nutrition in midlife, and how to build capacity without triggering stress overload. I’ll walk you through what to prioritise and what to reduce.

Part Four: Rebuilding Control

In this final part, we’ll look at confidence and control, and why fighting your body often makes everything feel harder. I’ll explain what changes when you approach this with structure and support.
