Blueberry and Cherry Crumble
Chunky Monkey Protein Overnight Oats
INGREDIENTS
For the oats:
50g rolled organic oats
1 scoop, vanilla or banana protein powder
20g dark chocolate (chopped)
2 tbsp chopped walnuts
1/2 banana chopped
250ml milk of your choice
Toppings:
1 tbsp walnuts
1 tbsp cocoa nibs
1/2 banana chopped
METHOD
Place all the ingredients for the oats into a large bowl and stir to combine.
Divide the mixture between 2 serving bowls/jars and set it aside to rest in the refrigerator for a few hours, ideally overnight.
When ready to serve, top the oats with walnuts, cocoa nibs and chopped banana.
