YOU vs YOU Challenge is back for 4 weeks of wellness starting
Monday 15th July 2024

Start your day right and see for yourself that by setting intentions and just making a few healthier choices you can live your best life, feel confident and truly THRIVE​

The Challenge

Complete x 5 (30min) workouts / exercise sessions per week

Drink 6-8 glasses of water per day

Daily breathwork practice (3-5 minutes)

If you have ever taken part in one of my challenges before or you are an existing client you can enter any challenge for free and your custom workouts will count towards the 5 per week. Just send me a message via your app to let me know you want IN!

FAQs:

 

- What do I need? 

A smartphone (to download the app, once signed up you will receive an email with details) A mat, bottle or water.  A pair of dumbbells and a kettlebell will be useful but not essential as there will be bodyweight only workouts

 

- What fitness level do I need to be?

This challenge is open to all levels of fitness, there are beginner / intermediate and advanced level workouts to choose from

 

- What happens if I get sick / injured and I can't carry on?

With any exercise there is risk of injury, before we start you will complete the online waiver to check your suitability. We regret that we are unable to issue refunds

 

- What if I am part of a team or club or another class, can I count that towards my 5 sessions per week?

Yes you can, just add it as a cardio exercise in the app.
